Some thoughts on What Exactly Is It that I Do?
You guide me to make decisions about my lifestyle.  I assume that you steer others similarly.  You do this by encouraging me to answer the questions that I ask and when my queries are not forthcoming you create some, almost always such leading questions that I wondered ‘Why didn’t I think of that?’  Exactly what you do is increase exponentially my awareness of the universe and my place in it.

What are the benefits you have seen from working with me?
You help with lots of little goals and challenges,  practical things like planning road trips, accepting help and being open and honest to name a few, but the peace of mind that resulted from setting my life goal is mind blowing.  You helped me arrive at my goal of allowing serenity and peace.  Instead of feeling I have to have a point for which to aim in the future, spreading harmony can be ongoing.  So now if someone, for example criticises me, before I react I ask myself  ‘will this make the person happy?’ and respond accordingly. (Or if that doesn’t work I just lob a grenade)

What did you get for your money and time?
Firstly, you help me personally. It is ongoing and helps me tremendously to draw lots of loose ends together, give me techniques to live in the present and be involved in life.  You cause hundreds of tiny intangible increases in awareness.
Secondly, you help me help others.  There were students who were struggling with behaviours that were giving them grief.  I have someone to whom to send my friends.  Sometimes I try to copy your methods to help family and friends.

Why did coaching work?
Coaching works because of the manner that you communicate its’ elements (you give no advice)  We are advised that we ‘should live in the present’.  You creatively teach us HOW to do so.
